The O-Shot procedure uses plateletrich plasma (PRP) which is derived from the patient’s own blood. Upon graduating from high school, Dr. Syed completed a Bachelor of Science degree in biology at Georgia State University. He then received his Doctor of Medicine from Ross University in 2015, where he also taught in the anatomy department, and completed his residency in internal medicine at Memorial Health University Medical Center. While he completed his education, he also held a research position at the CDC.
